NO-SUGAR BANANA-RASPBERRY BARS

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • ¾ cup rolled oats
  • ¼ cup ground almonds
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 pinch salt
  • ¾ cup frozen raspberries

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Mash the banana with a fork, then mix it with the oil and egg.
  3. Add the rolled oats, almonds, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt. Mix together.
  4. Fiold in the frozen raspberries.
  5. Spread the mixture about ½ inch thick onto a small baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake the bars for 20-22 minutes.
  7. Let them cool and cut the mixture into pieces or bars.
