TORTILLA GARLIC BREAD

  • Prep time: 10 Minutes
  • Cook time: 10 Minutes

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt, pepper and seasoning to taste
  • 2 cups of grated mozzarella, or cheese of choice
  • 2 wheat tortillas

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  2. Peel the garlic cloves and finely mince them. If available, a garlic press will also do. Mix with oil, salt, pepper and seasoning.
  3. Lightly coat one tortilla with half of the garlic-oil mix. A pastry brush, if on hand, will help distribute the mixture evenly. Sprinkle half of the grated cheese on top.
  4. Place the second tortilla on top, brush with the remaining mix and top with the remaining cheese.
  5. Bake the tortillas for about ten minutes or until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
