Our Peanut Butter Overnight Oats: Simply the Best

Overnight oats have been all the rage for quite some time now. They’re ideal for meal prep: Both simple and delicious. It’s really no wonder why they’re so popular. Our peanut butter overnight oats take a fan fav to new heights: Full-bodied, fantastically nutty, and totally healthy, they have it all.

Besides traditional oats, this recipe calls for a few pantry staples: chia seeds, milk, yogurt (or plant-based alternatives), and of course, peanut butter. Here’s a tip: Warm up a portion of the milk first and stir in the peanut butter until smooth, making sure there are no lumps. Once combined, mix everything together and divide into sealable jars. Like most overnight oat recipes, you’ll want to let these soak in the fridge overnight for the best results. Once ready, your overnight oats will keep for up to four days refrigerated. Make sure to leave some room for your toppings of choice. Honey is a good choice, banana slices or some cinnamon are also delicious companions. Or how about a layer of melted chocolate that hardens as it cools? It’s fun to eat, tastes great, and we could wax poetic on the chocolate-peanut butter flavor combination. But really, there is no gilding the lily when it comes to your peanut butter overnight oats. Whatever your heart (and cravings) so desire!

Can’t get enough of overnight oats? Good, neither can we! Our cinnamon apple overnight oats, pistachio overnight oats, and lemon curd overnight oats are sure to scratch that itch.
