Fanta Cupcakes: In the Oven in 10 Minutes
These small, fluffy cupcakes are an absolute blast! They’re moist, fruity, and easy to boot. Our Fanta cupcakes are in the oven in ten minutes. All you need for these sweet bites is to whip a simple batter and refine it with that signature orange soda.
Of course, Fanta is eponymous, but any other orange soda will do just as good. Really, what gives these cupcakes their signature taste is the soda’s bubbly carbonation that gives the desserts their signature flavor and an extra bit of fluffiness. Keep in mind, this recipe doesn’t call for any other sweeteners. The recipe’s soda eliminates the need for additional sugar or flavorings, it brings all the sweetness you need. When making your batter, don’t be worried if the batter looks a bit foamy, that’s to be expected!
Once ready, simply pour your featherlight batter into a muffin tin or 12 liners and pop them in the oven. The little masterpieces need to bake for about 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
You can enjoy your Fanta cupcakes plain once they’ve cooled, but why not add a little extra wow factor? With a bright orange frosting and some sprinles, your cupcakes will look bright and bubbly, just like their star ingredient!
