Ingredients

  • 6 oz raspberries
  • 6 oz mango
  • 6 oz blueberries
  • 6 oz strawberries
  • 6 oz kiwi
  • 1 tsp sugar per fruit
  • 1 tsp lemon juice per fruit
  • 9 oz apples
  • 3.5 oz blackberries
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 10.5 oz plums
  • 0.5 vanilla bean
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 175°F. For the rainbow version, individually purée each fruit with 1 tsp of sugar and 1 tsp of lemon juice in a blender and transfer to a bowl. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and spread thin, horizontal lines of each fruit purée one after another, as shown in the video. Cook at least 3 hours, or until dried out and no longer sticky.
  • Remove the paper and dehydrated fruit from the pan and cut into vertical strips of the same length.
  • Roll up the strips with the paper still attached. You can remove the paper when you unroll the treat to eat it.
  • Repeat the process with the other recipes to see which one you like best!
