Quiche is the perfect dish for a quick and delicious breakfast, brunch, or lunch. Not only are quiches easy to make, they're also the perfect dish to experiment with! After all, when you've got eggs and cheese as the base, you can't really go wrong with adding in your other favorite ingredients.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Peel and grate the potatoes. Press the grated potatoes into a quiche pan to form a crust. Bake for 15 minutes.
While the crust is baking, cook the bacon in a pan until crispy. Remove and set aside. In the same pan, cook the asparagus until tender. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, cream cheese, salt, and pepper.
Remove the crust from the oven. Layer the bacon and asparagus on the crust. Pour the egg mixture over the top. Bake for 30 minutes or until the quiche is set and golden brown.
