Topping ideas:

Instructions
In a pot, bring the almond milk, salt, and rolled oats to a boil, stir occasionally.
Peel and coarsely grate the carrot, then add to the still-boiling pot.
Cook until the oatmeal reaches your desired consistency. Serve with almonds, carrot slices, and/or other toppings of choice.
