Break up the head of cauliflower into small florets. Dunk the florets in the flour, then the egg, and then the breadcrumbs. Bake for 20 minutes at 355 F.
Mix the sugar, pepper, garlic, and a squeeze of lemon into the BBQ sauce and heat it up in a pot.
Mix the baked cauliflower bites into the warm BBQ sauce and serve with a dip, e.g. ranch dressing.
