Ingredients
  

  • 6 oz cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 2.5 oz strawberries
  • 3 tbsp Nutella
  • 1 banana
  • 1.5 oz caramel sauce
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 2.5 oz sugar for cinnamon and sugar mixture
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon for cinnamon and sugar mixture

Instructions
 

  • Mix the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon zest together to create the base filling.
  • Spread the base filling on a tortilla and add strawberries. Roll up the tortilla and fry until golden brown.
  • Spread the base filling on a tortilla, add Nutella and banana slices. Roll up the tortilla and fry until golden brown.
  • Spread the base filling on a tortilla, add caramel sauce and blueberries. Roll up the tortilla and fry until golden brown.
  • Mix sugar and cinnamon together. Roll the fried chimichangas in the mixture.
