Chocolate Mousse Flower Pots

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup chocolate
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 14 Oreo cookies (or any similar cookies with a high cocoa content)
  • mint as decoration

Instructions
 

  • Melt the chocolate and mix it with the cream cheese and vanilla extract. Then carefully fold the mixture into the whipped up cream.
  • Split the Oreos in half. Scrape away the filling and eat it up — the filling isn't needed for our Chocolate Mousse Flower Pots. Crush up the cookies until they have a soil-like consistency.
  • Fill up drinking glasses with the chocolate mousse and sprinkle the cookie soil on top. For the finishing touch, 'plant' a sprig of mint into the soil.
