Colorful Fruit Boba Pearls

- 1/4 cup strawberry puree for red boba pearls
- 2 tbsp sugar for red boba pearls
- 1 cup tapioca starch for red boba pearls
- 1/4 cup kiwi puree for green boba pearls
- 2 tbsp sugar for green boba pearls
- 1 cup tapioca starch for green boba pearls
- 1/4 cup mango puree for yellow boba pearls
- 2 tbsp sugar for yellow boba pearls
- 1 cup tapioca starch for yellow boba pearls
- 1/4 cup blueberry puree for purple boba pearls
- 2 tbsp sugar for purple boba pearls
- 1 cup tapioca starch for purple boba pearls
- 1/4 cup apricot puree for orange boba pearls
- 2 tbsp sugar for orange boba pearls
- 1 cup tapioca starch for orange boba pearls
Puree each fruit and mix it with the sugar.
Add 2 teaspoons of the tapioca starch to each fruit mixture and microwave for 30 seconds. Then add the remaining tapioca starch to each fruit mixture and knead each one into a dough.
Form several equally-sized, small beads from each fruit dough.
Add the fruit boba pearls to a large pot of boiling water and let cook 10 minutes. Afterwards, immediately plunge the fruit boba pearls into ice water to prevent them from sticking together.
