- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 onion
- 3/4 cup shredded cheese
- 2 garlic cloves
- 3 scallions, sliced
- 2 1/2 cups parsley
- 2 tbsp bread crumbs
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp water
- salt & pepper to taste
- 5 eggs
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Add the ground beef and the rest of the ingredients to a bowl and mix everything well.
Form the ground beef mass into 5 boats and place them on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Use your fingers to create an indentation in the middle of each boat.
Carefully crack an egg into each boat.
Carefully transfer the pan to the oven and cook for 30 minutes.
