Start by cutting the chicken breasts into small pieces. Mix the coke with the soy sauce and add the chicken to the marinade.
Heat up the oil in the pan and cook the marinated chicken through.
Add the meat to all the other ingredients (except for the baguette and cheese for the garnish) in a bowl and mix everything well.
Cut away both ends of the baguette and remove the inside by cutting around the inside of the baguette and pushing everything out with the end of a cooking spoon.
Use a spoon to fill the baguette with the chicken and cream cheese mixture. Place the ends back onto the baguette.
Wrap the baguette in aluminum foil, but keep the top uncovered. Sprinkle on some grated cheese and bake the baguette at 360°F for 10 minutes with the top and bottom heat on.
