Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz sirloin steak
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp chili sauce
  • 0.5 lemon (juice)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 2 zucchini
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 4 tbsp beef or vegetable broth
  • 1.5 tsp crushed red pepper
  • 0.5 lemon (juice)
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp thyme

Instructions
 

  • Cut the steak into cubes. Mix the soy sauce, chili sauce, olive oil, and lemon juice together and let the steak bites marinate in it for at least 15 minutes.
  • Cook the steak bites in a pan over medium heat, making sure not to crowd the pan. Once the meat has browned, add the garlic and butter.
  • Cut the zucchini into long thin strips with a spiralizer or grater. If you don't have one on hand, you can also use a drill.
  • Add the butter, broth, crushed red pepper, lemon juice, and remaining marinade to a saucepan and let everything simmer over medium heat. Add the zoodles, and once the liquid has slightly reduced, stir everything together and then add the thyme and parsley.
