Cut the steak into cubes. Mix the soy sauce, chili sauce, olive oil, and lemon juice together and let the steak bites marinate in it for at least 15 minutes.
Cook the steak bites in a pan over medium heat, making sure not to crowd the pan. Once the meat has browned, add the garlic and butter.
Cut the zucchini into long thin strips with a spiralizer or grater. If you don't have one on hand, you can also use a drill.
Add the butter, broth, crushed red pepper, lemon juice, and remaining marinade to a saucepan and let everything simmer over medium heat. Add the zoodles, and once the liquid has slightly reduced, stir everything together and then add the thyme and parsley.
