Mix together the olive oil, white balsamic vinegar, white wine, paprika, honey, salt, pepper, ground cilantro, grated garlic clove, grated ginger, thyme, and rosemary.
Chop up the broccoli, onion, pepper, and zucchini into small pieces. Put everything in a large bowl with the cherry tomatoes and pour in the dressing.
Cut the chicken breast into small pieces and add it to the bowl with the veggies and dressing. Mix everything well.
Spoon the contents of the bowl into a casserole dish and bake it in the oven at 320°F for 15 minutes.
