Instructions
Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F). Slice the potatoes into thin rings and arrange them in a circular pattern on a baking sheet.
Sprinkle the potato rings with parmesan and bake for 10 minutes until they start to crisp up.
Spread the tomato sauce over the baked potato rings. Add oregano, sliced mushroom, mozzarella, and prosciutto. Crack an egg in the center.
Bake for another 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and the egg is cooked to your liking. Garnish with pepper and serve hot.
