Fold a piece of baking paper into a funnel shape, place its point at the center of a pie pan, and cut away any remaining baking paper. Once you fold out the baking paper, it should be the perfect size for the pan.
Place two slices of bread on the bottom of the pan before adding half slices along its edge. Then place slices of potato on the bottom of the pie.
Add a layer of pickles and diced onions.
Place the rope sausages on top of the filling, going from the center outwards.
Mix the eggs, cream, and mustard before seasoning with salt and pepper.
Pour the sauce over the pie and bake at 350 F for 30 minutes.
