Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg Beef Roulade
  • 200 g Bacon
  • 2 Onions sliced
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Beef Broth
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Slice the onions and mince the garlic.
  • Heat the olive oil in a roasting pan over medium heat. Add the beef roulade and sear on all sides until browned. Remove the beef and set aside.
    Add the onions and garlic to the pan and cook until softened. Return the beef to the pan, add the beef broth, and season with salt and pepper.
    Cover the pan and transfer to the oven. Roast for 2 hours, basting occasionally with the pan juices.
  • Remove the beef from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with the pan juices and your favorite sides.
