Combine the ingredients for the spinach artichoke filling and form the mixture into a ball.
Flour your work surface and roll the pizza dough out into a circle. If you don't have a rolling pin on hand, just use an empty wine bottle.
Place the spinach artichoke ball in the middle of the pizza dough and wrap 2 opposite ends of the dough over it. Don't worry if they overlap slightly. Fold the 2 remaining sides of dough over the top of the dough ball.
Shape the dough around the spinach artichoke ball and place it on a baking tray. Combine the melted butter and chopped parsley and brush it over the dough ball.
Transfer the baking tray to a preheated oven and cook at 350°F for 20 minutes.
