Mix the flour, sugar, salt, and yeast in a large bowl and pour the milk on top. Then add the butter, tomato paste, and egg and start mixing everything with your hands. Remove about ⅔ of the dough and dye it red. Take ⅔ of the remaining dough and dye it green. Leave the rest of the dough plain. Smooth out the dough in each bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and leave in a warm place. Add the raisins to the red dough and mix in. Then knead all the dough balls one more time.
Roll the red dough out into an elongated shape. Take the yeast dough, roll it out into a square, place the red dough log inside, and then roll it up. Finally, roll the green dough into a square, place the double roll log inside, and roll the entire thing up.
Place the dough in a loaf pan and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes. If some spots begin to brown too quickly, cover the top of the pan with aluminum foil.
