Judith ist Redakteurin bei Leckerschmecker. In ihrer Freizeit entdeckt sie gerne neue Restaurants oder probiert neue Rezepte aus. Sie träumt heimlich davon, ihren eigenen Garten zu haben, in dem sie ihr eigenes Gemüse und Kräuter anbauen kann. Bis es so weit ist, verbringt sie einen Teil ihrer Zeit damit, auf ihrem viel zu kleinen Balkon ein Zuhause für viel zu viele Pflanzen zu schaffen. Wenn sie sich erholen möchte, fährt Judith gern an die Ostsee und gönnt sich dort ein klassisches Fischbrötchen.
In her free time, Judith enjoys discovering new restaurants or trying out new recipes. She secretly dreams of having her own garden where she can grow her own vegetables and herbs. Until she does, she spends some of her time making a home for way too many plants on her way too small balcony. Sometimes when she wants to recharge, Judith heads to the Baltic Sea, making sure she treats herself to a classic fish sandwich, an essential in that area of Germany!
En su tiempo libre, a Judith le encanta descubrir nuevos restaurantes y probar recetas innovadoras. Su gran sueño es contar con su propio huerto, en el que poder cultivar sus propias verduras y hierbas. Hasta entonces, su pequeño balcón no tendrá más remedio que albergar sus innumerables plantas. En esos momentos en los que quiere recargar energías, realiza escapadas a la zona del Mar Báltico, ¡donde nunca se olvida de deleitarse con un clásico bocadillo de pescado típico de la zona!
